Please read these terms carefully before using bsji. By accessing or using the bsji platform, you agree to be bound by these conditions in full.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern your use of the bsji website located at bsji.ws and all services, features, games, promotions, and tools made available through the platform (collectively, the "bsji Platform" or "Service"). These T&C form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and bsji ("bsji", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the bsji Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
bsji reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on the bsji website. Continued use of the platform after an amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are responsible for reviewing these T&C periodically to remain informed of any updates. Material changes will be communicated where practicable via a notice on the platform or by email to registered accounts.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bsji Platform and close your account. Use of the platform implies full acceptance of all T&C provisions.
2. Eligibility to Use bsji
The bsji Platform is intended for use by adults who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. Failure to meet any one of these criteria disqualifies a person from using the platform, and any account opened by an ineligible person may be closed and funds forfeited without notice.
Minimum Age: 21+
You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform. bsji strictly prohibits use by persons under 21. Age verification may be requested at any time.
One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to hold one bsji account only. Creating or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balances held in duplicate accounts.
Accurate Personal Information
You must provide truthful, accurate, and current personal information during registration and keep this information up to date. Providing false information is grounds for account termination and forfeiture of any funds.
Legal Capacity
You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or other legal restriction that prevents you from engaging in gambling activities.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access the full bsji Platform, you must register a player account using your Bangladeshi mobile number and a secure password. Registration is free of charge. Only one account per person, household, device, or IP address is permitted. bsji may, at its sole discretion, limit the number of accounts associated with a single household, shared device, or shared network connection.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bsji will never contact you to ask for your password by phone, SMS, email, or any messaging application. Any activity that occurs under your account — including any deposits, wagers, withdrawals, or communications — is your sole responsibility. You must notify bsji support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- You must register with your own name and mobile number — using another person's identity for registration is prohibited.
- You must keep your contact details (mobile number) current so that bsji can reach you for account verification or security notifications.
- You must not share your account login details with any other person or allow any other person to access or use your account.
- bsji may request KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.
- bsji reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any account at any time, including at the point of a withdrawal request or bonus claim.
Account Security Responsibility
bsji is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you personally.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the bsji Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bsji supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at bsji's discretion and any changes will be communicated on the platform. bsji does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own fees — check your bKash or Nagad terms before transacting.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. bsji may require verification of payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100. Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within 60 seconds of submission, subject to verification requirements and technical availability. bsji does not guarantee specific processing times during periods of high demand or system maintenance.
Supported Wallets
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — all major Bangladeshi mobile wallets accepted.
Withdrawal Speed
Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 60 seconds, subject to verification.
Minimum Deposit
The minimum single deposit amount on bsji is ৳20. No maximum deposit limit is applied at the platform level.
Currency
All transactions are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fees are applied by bsji.
Players are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their bsji account originate from a source they legitimately own and control. Deposits made with funds that are not legitimately owned will be treated as a violation of these T&C and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
bsji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the Bangladesh Premier League cricket season. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer and, where no specific terms are stated, to these general T&C provisions.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bsji promotional offers. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of any bonus before claiming it. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of its specific terms.
- Bonuses are awarded to the account of the player who qualifies for them and cannot be transferred to another account.
- Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
- bsji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus at the time it is withdrawn will retain their current bonus balance subject to existing rollover requirements.
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player. Players who create multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all accounts suspended and all associated funds forfeited.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the designated game(s) specified in the promotion and expire at the end of the validity period stated in the promotion's terms.
Bonus Abuse Policy
bsji actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering between accounts, low-risk hedging strategies designed to convert bonus funds without genuine game risk, and systematic exploitation of promotion terms. Any player found engaging in bonus abuse will have their account suspended, all bonus winnings forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the platform.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
By placing a bet or playing a game on the bsji Platform, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and that all gaming and betting outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, by real-time dealing outcomes. bsji does not influence game outcomes. Game results are final once settled.
All betting markets, odds, and available game stakes are subject to change at bsji's discretion without notice. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply and are displayed at the time of wagering. Sports betting odds are offered at bsji's sole discretion and may be suspended or withdrawn from any market at any time, including after a bet has been placed but before it has been settled, if there are reasonable grounds to do so.
- Bets placed after a market has been suspended or an event has concluded are void and any stake will be returned.
- In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game or betting outcome, bsji reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and return the stake to the player.
- Palpable errors in odds (odds that are clearly and materially incorrect due to a technical or human error) may be corrected, and any bets placed at the incorrect odds may be voided at bsji's discretion.
- Players must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform. Use of such tools is grounds for immediate account suspension.
- Cricket betting markets on bsji cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international fixtures. Market availability and settlement rules for specific cricket bet types are displayed within each market at the time of wagering.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bsji Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities. bsji actively monitors all platform activity and uses automated and manual methods to detect prohibited conduct.
Fraud and Money Laundering
Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds with intent to defraud bsji or any third party, or using the platform to launder money from any illegal source, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Collusion and Match Fixing
Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, or placing bets with prior knowledge of a fixed outcome, is prohibited. bsji cooperates fully with sporting bodies and law enforcement on any match-fixing investigations.
Use of Prohibited Software
Using bots, artificial intelligence tools, data-scraping software, exploit scripts, or any other automated means to interact with the platform, gain an advantage, or extract data is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these T&C.
Underage Access
Allowing a person under the age of 21 to use your bsji account, or attempting to register on behalf of an underage person, is a serious violation. Any account found to be used by or registered to an underage person will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
bsji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances.
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to prohibited conduct, bonus abuse, or failure to meet eligibility requirements.
- Failure to provide requested identity verification (KYC) documents within the timeframe specified by bsji.
- Reasonable suspicion that an account is being used for money laundering, fraud, collusion, or any other illegal activity.
- At the player's own request, including a self-exclusion request made through the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.
Where an account is closed at bsji's initiative due to a breach of these T&C, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach exists, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after all outstanding wagering requirements have been met.
9. Responsible Gaming
bsji is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. We provide deposit limit tools, session time reminders, and a self-exclusion feature for players who wish to take a break from gambling. These tools are accessible from the account settings area of the bsji platform. bsji is strictly an adults-only platform — the minimum age to use bsji is 21 years.

10. Limitation of Liability and Amendments
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bsji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bsji Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service. bsji's total liability in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the value of funds held in the player's account at the time the claim arose.
bsji makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect platform availability. bsji will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance in advance where practicable.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bsji reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time by publishing updated terms on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C.
